The Peak Wellness Clinic offers a variety of small, structured, supervised personal group classes to help members REACH THEIR PEAK. Memberships are cash pay, extremely affordable, and do not need the referral of a medical physician.

  • Whole Body Health is the goal. Class includes:
    4 targeted sections to challenge your whole body-

• Balance 4 Life (limit 8 members/class)
  • Low impact and intensity
  • We focus on developing your core strength and stability and improving your balance to promote your ability to live a functional and active life.
• Strong Muscles, Healthy Hearts (limit 8 members/class)
  • Adjustable impact and intensity
  • Our circuit style workout focuses on developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance for the whole body.

• Sports Performance (limit 6 members)
  • 60 minutes, 12 sessions
  • Our Sports Performance class is uniquely designed for athletes to identify and address range of motion and strength deficits with the goal of improving performance and promoting injury prevention.

    • Ultrasound
      • Therapeutic ultrasound is used to provide deep heating to soft tissue to increase blood circulation, promote healing,and decrease pain. 
    • Dry Needling & Traction
      • These services are available through Peak Performance Physical Therapy.

  • A total body ‘movement assessment’ designed to optimize mobility and performance through specific, personalized plans which address flexibility, muscle activation and muscle movement strategies. 
  • Workouts are digitally accessible after assessment, with targeted re-assessments scheduled to track improvement and advance or adjust the program as needed. 
  • The program is used by over 500 professional and collegiate sports programs and is designed to help you perform your best, avoid injury, reduce pain, and speed recovery by training your body to move correctly.
  • Fusionetics assessments are performed by a Peak Performance physical therapist in our clinic.
